Thursday never looked, or tasted as good, as it does at Stone Canyon Pizza because we celebrate Burger Night! Every Thursday we have Burger Night, starting at 4pm until we are sold out. You can choose from four options, Canyon Burger, It’s A Gouda Burger, Cowboy Burger and Tillamook Bacon Burger. It’s Kansas City’s best burgers, so you don’t want to miss out!
Each of our burgers are served on a potato bun with fresh-cut fries and dipping sauce (Chipotle Ketchup, Horseradish Aioli, Smoked Onion Sauce, Brown Ale Mustard). We have four burgers to choose from:
- Canyon Burger is served with Lettuce, Tomato, Onion and American Cheese.
- It’s A Gouda Burger is served with Smoked Gouda Cheese, Roasted Tomato, Caramelized Onion, Fresh Spinach and Red Pepper Aioli.
- Tillamook Bacon Burger is served with Smoked Bacon, Tillamook Cheddar and a Smoked Onion Sauce.
- Cowboy Burger is served with Cheddar Cheese, Smoked Bacon, Fried Onion Ring and KC Masterpiece BBQ Sauce.
We use a meat combination of short rib, brisket, tenderloin and ground chuck in each of our burgers. Burgers are made fresh every Thursday at Stone Canyon. We make a limited number of burgers every Thursday, so if you want Kansas City’s best burger, then you better hurry in. We start serving at 4pm.
Stone Canyon also has a full bar with a great selection of locally crafted beers. If you need a cold beer to help wash down that burger, we have you covered!
