How did a Pizza Company come up with the Best Burger’s in Kansas City? The same way we came up with Kansas City’s Best Pizza. By using the finest ingredients, crafted with care.
We use a combination of Short Rib, Brisket, Tenderloin and Ground Chuck in each of our burgers! Our burgers are served on a Toasted Potato Bun with Fresh Cut Fries and Dipping Sauce: (Chipotle Ketchup, Horseradish Aioli, Smoked Onion Sauce, Brown Ale Mustard). We have four amazing burgers to choose from:
- Canyon Burger – Served with Lettuce, Tomato, Onion, and American Cheese.
- It’s A Gouda Burger – With Smoked Gouda Cheese, Roasted Tomato, Caramelized Onion, Fresh Spinach and Red Pepper Aioli.
- Tillamook Bacon Burger – Smoked Bacon, Tillamook Cheddar, and a Smoked Onion Sauce.
- Cowboy Burger – Served with Cheddar Cheese, Smoked Bacon, Fried Onion Ring and KC Masterpiece BBQ Sauce.
