It’s the Detroit Style Pizza and it’s only found at Stone Canyon Pizza on the first Wednesday of every month. It’s our take on the pizza that made Detroit famous. We start with a Thick, Crispy Crust, add Wisconsin Brick White Cheddar Cheese and then we add all your favorite Meats and Veggies on top of the cheese. We finish by adding the sauce and baking to perfection. Thick, chewy, caramelized.
